General

Glaze N Seal's revolutionary super low VOC formula (75% lower voc level) complies with strictest local air quality regulations including, SCAQMD. It is suitable for "GREEN" building projects. "Wet Look" Green provides beautiful high gloss protection for all decorative concrete, masonry and porous tile. A clear, non- yellowing sealer that resists tough oils, water and acid - indoors and outdoors. Deep bonding formula resists peeling, cracking, UV degradation and efflorescence. Great for driveways, patios, fountains, and ponds. Features: Non-Yellowing, Use indoor or outdoors, fast drying and long lasting, apply with brush or sprayer, prevents staining, high solids, strong resistance to efflorescence, low VOC's. Not recommended for glazed tile, marble, DENSE brick or DENSE slate. If in doubt test surface. To protect the sealer and extend the life (indoors), use Glaze 'N Seal Floor Polish (regular or matte finish) as a traffic coat. Sweep and damp mop floor frequently.

Product application

Recommended for exposed aggregate, stamped concrete, porous brick, natural porous stone, saltillo tile, stucco, concrete, adoquin/cantera, interlocking pavers, or flagstone. Protects garage floors and driveways from oil stains. Eliminates concrete dusting and freeze/thaw problems. Protects patio and barbecue areas from food and grease stains. Saturation with "Wet Look" will harden old and deteriorating mortar and plaster for added life. It is abrasion, sunlight and stain resistant. Caution: Do Not allow product to puddle. Use in well ventilated areas. All surfaces must be free of efflorescence, dirt, oil, wax, grease and defective paint or sealers. Do not use where hydrostatic pressure is possible. Product contains petroleum distillates. Always read product label carefully before using! Keep away from children.
