Offers unsurpassed low gloss protection for slate, quarry, tile, and other dense tile. This easy to apply, fast drying, non-yellowing acrylic provides a barrier against oil, water, based stains, acids, and efflorescence indoors and outdoors. With excellent UV and abrasion resistance. A clear acrylic waterbase finish designed to protect and beautify slate, flagstone and quarry tile. Protects against all organic stains including cooking oil, grease and beverages. Features: Non-flammable; No harmful vapors; cleans up with water; easy to apply; water repellent; reduces effloresence; recoatable; and non-yellowing.

100-600 sq ft/gal depending on the porosity of the surface.

Product application

Indoor or outdoor applications. Waterseals protects and improves appearance of all slate, flagstone, and quarry tile. Low sheen appearance eases clean up. May be used as a grout release. Glaze 'N Seal Floor Polish is recommended as a protective finish over the sealer (indoors only). This will protect the sealer and extend sealer life significantly. Sweep and damp mop floor frequently. Glaze 'N Seal Neutral Cleaner to clean floor as necessary. Caution: Do Not allow product to puddle. Make sure each coat is dry to the touch before applying additional coat. Always TEST for verify penetration and satisfaction of sealed appearance. Always read product label carefully before using!
