General

Designed specifically for most porous saltillo and terra cotta tile. This easy to apply, non-yellowing acrylic provides a high gloss protective barrier against tough oil, water, acids, and food stains - indoors and outdoors. UV and abrasion resistance. It builds high gloss with fewer coats. Ole' offers high gloss protection and beauty to unglazed Mexican paver tile and other porous terra cotta surfaces with fewer coats. A blend of the latest acrylic polymer technology has been coupled with an antimar agent, UV inhibitors and a grease and oil blocker to become the perfect solution for sealing porous tile. Features: Builds film with fewer coats. Resists oil, grease and food stains. Hardens tile against chipping and abrasion. Gives a long lasting high gloss appearance. Protects and beautifies. Waterbase safe, easy cleanup. Indoors: Extend life with Glaze 'N Seal Floor Polish. Place protective pads under chair legs and moveable furniture. Clean floors frequently with slightly damp mop using Glaze 'N Seal Neutral Cleaner. For heavy soil or polish removal, use Glaze 'N Seal Heavy Duty Cleaner. Outdoor: Suface may be "hosed" off with plain water or cleaned with Glaze 'N Seal Neutral Cleaner.

Product coverage

150-200 sq ft/gal with first coat. Additional coats: 200-300 sq ft/gal.

Product application

Indoor or outdoor applications. Formulated specifically for porous Saltillo and Tecate pavers or Terra Cotta tile. Apply with paint brush or low pressure or airless sprayer. Apply 2 or more thin, even coats. Allow to dry at least 4 hours. Do not over apply! Do Not allow sealer to puddle. Caution: Always test for suitability prior to total application, insure bonding to surface, ease of application, appearance and oil and grease protection. Ole' may be used as a grout release with 2 coats 48 hours before grouting. After grouting and clean up wait 24 hours before sealing new grout. Always read product label carefully before using!
