Bonds new concrete to old
Can be used on concrete, cinder block, stone, tile, and sheet rock

1. Before using, old concrete must be cleaned, it is recommend to dilute muriatic acid with water to 
    clean surfaces
2. Dampen old concrete for superior bond
3. Create slurry of portland cement,water and concrete glue for maximum hold. Roll or brush mixture 
    onto old concrete
4. Apply new concrete
